Progresso 99% FF beef barley soup 3/19

Snack:
1 cup lemon sherbet 4/23

Water:
100 oz plus

Exercise:
3.4 mile walk outside

Fish Tacos (gotta start sometime...) - 5

Evening (11)
Roast Chicken - 4 rice cakes - 1, veggies -2, carb? - 2, skinny cow - 2

Est. Total - 23 (banked 2)
Exercise - 45 min med - hi intensity - 2 pts
Water - gotta get back to it... 32 oz

awwwww.... Laurel - I'm such a creature of habit. After way too many croissants (can't even begin to talk about what "else" went into this mouth-o-mine) back east, I can't bear to get on a scale until next Monday. So it's defintely a fish taco kinda day.

as a person who eats virtually the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day (do the words "cheerios, bran, raisins, almonds & milk" ring a bell?) believe me, I understand!!!!
