South Beach Diet - Consumer Reports on Health Web Sites

Hmmm...interesting!

Consumer Reports has done a review of over 20 major health websites and what they found may surprise you (it surprised me!):

I think the ratings that might most affect my future site visits are those for Prevention.com and AboutHealth.com... :chin:

It really shocked me!!! I really believe that the South Beach Diet is one of the best out there (or at least for me and I am sure most of you) anyway, I don't belong to the site ($65.00 for me, I would rather put that towards veggies and good food rather than the membership costs) besides, there are books out there and this wonderful site for meal ideas - I guess if you are way busy and don't have any time the site is for you.

Wow! I am glad WedMD got a great rating because I do trust them for health info! But yeah, kinda scary about other ones.
