I am recommiting myself to my plan and going for my goal! I am doing CALP and here's the menu:
B: Coffee, 4 pieces Canadian bacon
L: none
D: taco salad
S/B: ringolos, pb& J, cheese
3 bottles of water
Today's goal is to finish all the laundry, clean the dishes, take the neighbour's dog for a nice long walk, and begin to clean out the front flower bed. Although this may not be "exercise" in it's truest form, I am so busy chasing after my 2 year old that I have no problem in the exercise department!
