Lunch: LO ww macaroni w/veggies, sliced cucumber
fruit salad (kiwi, blueberries, strawberries)

Snack: banana, milk

Pre-gym: cheese string

Dinner: tbd (tired of LO chicken?) - maybe an omellette if nothing else available!
