I don't know what happen to my ramblings yesterday. After the death of a co-worker. But I made it through last night only cheated a little and this morning had extra cereal (Special K). Everyone is out of the office for the poor guys memorial. I couldn't go because it meant to much weight bearing on my feet. 3fc is my only out let. So I tend to ramble on in different support groups. I am trying to lose below 200 lb before New Years. I weight in at 225 now. You mention peanut butter if that is related to my diet...I eat Heiner's 35 and a peanut buter and jelly sandwich for lunch. Only put the stuff on one side just enough to cover the bread not extra. The protein in the peanut butter helps the food digest slower and the sugar in the jelly gives me the need boost. I do eat 90 & 100 cal snack packs of special K or oreo or something. Thanks for being there.

Veggie, I thought you had an extra jolt of caffeine this morning although your first sentence in your post made me laugh.

1 cup skim milk
S - 1 banana
L - 1/4 cup brown rice + roasted veggies

Exercise: None. I'd have to be out jogging at 4:00 am and THAT ain't happening.

Lucky mom, I'm so sorry. I feel for you, and I do believe you will come through.
Despite the enthusiasm, I remain a little grounded... I just want everyone to have a great day.

Unfortunately I have been sick for the last week and my eating habits have been awful...........way off plan. I will really try to behave myself now.
Today's guilty menu so far:
Several handfuls of Pretzels.....I am craving salt
1/2 of a snickers bar.......my 13 year old left this out in open sight, I started with just a taste and then moved on and finished the stupid thing
32 oz of diet coke....with caffeine
This is not normal for me diet or no diet, I just couldn't control myself this morning. Time to cut the watermelon into bite sized peices and resume control over my eating today.
