My 2 spots that the butterfly moved was for October. Hope I lose more!! I am very crampy right now, so I think TOM is upon me.

Well, Im a newbie here. I started WW 9/22 at 134.6, 1st weigh in I got to 132.6, had my second weigh in last night and gained .4. Im not gonna stress about it, because I know I followed the plan to a Tee, and I started walking 2 miles a day, so it will show up next week. Current weight, 133. :D

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Weight Watchers but not to this website.

I joined WW on 09/06/06, my last weigh in was last Thursday and in 4 weeks I've lost 13.4 lbs.

I think I will have gained tomorrow, with Thanksgiving last weekend I definitely went over my pts. I'm trying not to get discouraged though.

Glad to be here, how is everyone else doing?

Well, after a small gain of .4 last week, this week I came in with a 1.6 lb loss. Yippie! Total of 3 lbs. lost in 3 weeks. Im really happy with this. 1 lb a week really adds up quicker than you think, and I know that by losing slow, Im more likely going to find it easier to maintane. :carrot: :D :carrot:

For my first week weigh-in have I loss (0) pounds. I am working hard at staying on program this week and hope to have a loss next week.

Thanks LilBB. You can do it! Losing 0 is still a lot better than gaining :) Last week for me was kinda stinky, so I was glad to see something show up (or dissapear) this week. I changed up my eating schedule, and started varieing my points up and down from day to day. Of course I didnt go over my weekly points, I just ended up useing some of those bonus points instead of eating exactly 20 points everyday. I guess my body liked it better this way and decided to let go of some fluff, LOL!

Hi Everyone,

Well I thought for sure I would have gained at my weigh in yesterday especially with Thanksgiving last weekend. Apparently, I lost 0.6, the way I see it, I was expecting to gain, and would have been happy maintaining, so this was a pleasant surprise. I've lost 14 lbs. exactly, since September 6th.

Congratulations to everyone else, and keep up the great work :)

funnygirl76 This week I am going to see if not using my flex points will help me lose. I used my flex points and than more points so I guess that would explain my lack of success. I hope I have a loss next week to show for the hard work.

Chantal Congratulations on losing 0.6 this week and the overall 14 pounds loss. It is nice when you have an unexpected loss at weigh in.

I am going to work hard this week for a loss at next weigh in.

Funnygirl: LOL Yes our Thanksgiving is in October, it usually falls on the second Monday every year.

Littlebumblebee: I've been fortunate enough to lose at every weigh in so far *knocking on wood* so I'm just striving to do what I've been doing. I still can't believe it when I see my WW card with the "-14" I just keep asking myself why I didn't do this sooner.

Well I guess that's it for now...keep it up everyone!!

You girls are doing great! You are really dropping those pounds.

I loss 1 pound this week and I am so happy to finally be on the losing side. I am going to increase my exercise a little more this week. And try not to use all of my flex points. Hoping for a 2 lbs loss next week.

Thanks funnygirl, I'm really happy about this. I am going to Toronto next weekend with a couple of my girlfriends, we've been planning this trip since the end August. I was hoping to go there 20 lbs. lighter, and it looks like I may achieve that. This is the first time in my life I can say I've lost over 15 lbs...and this morning when I looked in the mirror, I actually noticed the difference in my body.

WW has been life changing for me.

Just wanted to stop by, I went for a weigh in last night instead of today b/c I'm going out of town after work today.

I reached my mini goal of 20 lbs. before i leave for my trip!

20 lbs. in 7 weeks, I can hardly believe it!!

It is a very good loss and I know that, but I also weighed in at 237 lbs. when I started, so I have quite a bit to lose. I'm just taking it one week at a time.

Tina, I have a friend that drives a Tracker, and she really likes it!! (Is that the kind of tracker you meant??????)

Chantal, wowzie to your weight loss!!! You are doing wonderful.

My official weigh in tonight at WW was -5 pounds. I was thrilled! My tracker shows -7, and that's what I've lost since I was at the doctor. I go back in two weeks and he wants -12. Not gonna make it.

Ok this is my first post and my first weigh in at work. I LOST 4 POUNDS in my first week.:cp: I know to some it may not be much, but for me it is wonderful. Keep me in your prayers
