Default Help! Lunch!

Okay so I agreed to go for lunch with cook-workers... to get get INDIAN! I dont even know if I like, but what is low in calories?

Try this. It's weight watchers but it will give you an idea of what is low in calories.

Indian food can be healthy, instead of cream a lot of the sauces are made with yogurt. My favorite is chicken tikka masala!

There are lots of veggie dishes at most Indian restaurants, just make sure to not overdo it on the bread, rice, or samosas!

I had prawn vegetables - prawns and veggies cooked in a light curry sauce. With a very small amount of rice of naan bread. But then I had rice pudding! ack, but it good and I should still stay at calories for the day
