WOE // DIET PLAN

B-2 bacon/2 scramble eggs
L-salad-leftover steak
D-salad/grilled chicken OR Kieri's feta chicken/veggie (?)

Water - (3) 20 oz bottles so far

EXERCISE PLAN
I will get in at least 30 minutes of walking today

REWARD // PAMPERING
Still fantasizing about that wonderful leisurely hot bath!
Obviously I didn't get it yesterday!

COME ON EVERYONE! LET'S MAKE ANOTHER S-U-C-C-E-S-S ful DAY !!! WE CAN DO IT! WE WILL DO IT!!

exercise
elliptical for 35 and burned 500 cal then had my cabana boy :love: and he killed me!!!:( lower body workout my gut hurts!!! it hurts so good!!

me stuff Who is ME???? dreaming of sitting in the hot tub at the gym but am afraid i will never get out!!!!
