I did a bit of walking today....a great start for me. I can finally take deep breaths without coughing.

i walked 2.5 miles to work today and then lifted weights at the gym.

I went shopping last night and walked for at least an hr. I came home very tired and my right side was hurting, but I feel fine this morning. I plan to walk outside with my DH this evening. My new brace is helping my mobility and I am feeling more comfortable with moving around.

I need to start walking but I told myself that I would start walking as soon as I lost 20 lbs. I am at the 19.3 mark. LMFAO Yes, I am a procrastinator when it comes to exercising. I will make it my goal though to start exercising when I hit the 20 lb mark which will probably be tomorrow

I havent been exercising, but Ive been moving alot (a whole lot more than normal) so that counts for me!! :lol: I need to figure out and better manage my life. I have to fit the gym in my day someplace.

Well I told everyone I would walk when I hit 20 lbs. Well I havent hit it yet, but there is a storm moving in and it's 60 degrees outside and windy. Well I took advantage of the nice weather and went walking for 25 mins with my neighbor :) I feel better.

OMG, I finally got back on the treadmill after 2 months without it. Wore my leg brace , and made it 1/2 mile. It felt good and I was even sweating. 2 months without exercise definitely took it's toll. I will now start posting my exercise again with everyone else. Yeah!

1/2 mile on the treadmill again. Yeah, I'm on a roll now. Will stay at this slow pace for 2 weeks and then increase to 3/4 mile nightly if I'm able.

10-16-06, I went to my bedroom to walk on the treadmill and my DH has already fallen asleep in there while watching a movie, so I can't exercise tonite. SHUCKS. Now I'll try to do double exercise tomorrow.

Oh Yeah!. I made it a full mile on treadmill tonite for the first time since injuring my ankle. I am so happy and sweaty.
