Default Weekly Water Challenge 10/1-10/7

I'm starting up a water challenge. We all know that drinking plenty of water always helps with weightloss, so drink up!!!

Sunday 10/1 - 100oz DONE!!
Monday 10/2 - 100oz DONE!!
Tuesday 10/3 - 160oz DONE!! (this is half of my weight!)
Wednesday 10/4 - 60oz DONE!!
Thursday 10/5 - 120oz I didn't make my goal, but I did get 100oz!
Friday 10/6 - 120oz I didn't make today either, but I did get in 80

Saturday 10/7 - 80oz 110oz DONE!! I got 30 more oz in than planned!!

Wow 100 oz.....you go girl

I can't top that but

Sun Oct. 1st, 70 oz so far. guess I better go drink some more

It's nice to have a buddy! 100oz is what I drink maybe 3 days out of the week.. The rest of the day, usually anywhere from 60-80

i drink about 1 g plus a qt daily. i find the best thing to do is not drink anything that doesnt qualify as water intake.

l gal+1qt a day...OMG....I can't imagine ever getting that much
water in......I read somewhere that when dieting we should drink half our weight
in oz of water each day, for me that would be 109 oz a day...it is my goal but I've never made it.

Pgray you are doing great...

Oct 1-I did to go back and drink some more water and managed 90 oz.
Oct 2-also 90 oz.

WOW! Today I drank more than I have ever in my life, in one day, lol!

I drank 160oz of water today, that's about 12oz over half of my body weight!

Anais30115, how's the water drinking doing?

I drank 95 oz yesterday and today I am going to challenge myself to drink 109 oz/ half my weight.

LOL, you bet I was on the pot all day, hehe! But I think as the day progressed my body got used to drinking that water, cuz towards the end of the day, I wasn't using the BR like I was earlier in the day

And that's the most I have drank at least that I measured.!!

Horray!! You did it! It feels great, doesn't it! I didn't do to good today or yesterday.. but tomorrow will be better!

Edited: I did better than yesterday! I got 100oz today
