My goal for October is to run 100 miles, provided my foot is okay to do so. If not, I'll bike 200! Maybe I'll do both!!

my goal is to do 30 minutes of something everyday. (can't wait till I joint the Y!)

I did my goal..... I took my 2 little ones on a 30 minute brisk walk around my very hilly neighborhood! I'm a little sore, but I feel better having done it.

Nancy-That's a great way to enjoy your exercise. It's good for the kids too! The hills are just icing on the cake. Keep it up!

I'm joining in late this month--as y'all know, September was REALLY bad for me emotionally and I took a break (FROM EVERYTHING!!).
But, I'm BACK and ready to go now!
My goal for October is to walk 570 minutes.
I've set this goal for myself because I challenged someone else to do it (Hi, Christina!! :wave: ) in another thread on this forum. How fair would it be of me to not do it as well?

I really want to get back to exercising and dancing but until my breast isn't sore, no jumping around for me. Probably a couple more days, so hopefully the beginning of the week and I will be back with a vengence!

I'll see how I feel next week, right now I would say it might be after the first of the year before this breast stops hurting!! It is pretty sore!

Belly Dance class today, I was able to do most of it, even with my sore breast. I only skipped a couple of moves, and I was really tired when that hour was over!

Today was belly dancing class! Had a blast, we worked with veils! It was an unbelievable upper body work out, my arms and shoulders are SORE!!! But it was so much fun and felt very sexy! LOL!

Shelley I come to pop in and say "hi". You know that I am still giving it.
Today I walked 20 minutes to the Y, did a 45 minute body sculpt class, jogged for 20 minutes and the did my 20 minute walk home. I will probably go out for another walk this afternoon or tonight.
This is close to my usual but I swim for an hour or do aquafit or a low impact class.
See Shelley I am still shaking it just not posting it.

Hey Shelley I will pop in and post for today.
aquafit 45 minutes
walking at a fast pace 1.5 hours
And the day is not done. I know I will do more walking, probably only an hour or so more.
