Hey Teresa.
I understand being scared, and I won't lie to you, it was painful, but its not that long and your dr will be there with you, well at least mine was, not sure if every dr does it or not. You will be glad once its over and done with. Try not to worry too much. I know easier said than done. Just listen to whatever your dr and/or the radiology tech tells ya. I know everybody is different, but I know you will be fine.....But I do understand being nervous...........Hang in there............Our thoughts will be with you!!!!

Teresa: Good Luck on your HSG! May it be relatively pain free.
Sassy: Sassy, thanks for starting the new thread!
---------------------------------------------------------
Me, well, I have gone off the deep end again for awhile but hopefully I can get back on track and get moving towards my January 1st goal. I don't think I will make it now but I certainly can try.
I get to call the dr's office next week and schedule my dh's followup test and then call my ob/gyn and schedule my annual so that we can schedule the HSG after that.
Have a healthy week!

Hi Ladies!
Well I had to call to reschedule my annual appt. for the gyn. that is tomorrow. My "monthly visitor" is here so can't go. I hope she doesn't stay too long, but I have a feeling she will be here for a while. Since she hasn't "come to visit" for a while.
We did here about this Fertility Center in our area that we are thinking about checking into. We have to check and see if our insurance will cover it first. But I guess they have everything in house there so you don't have to go elsewhere for labs, testing, etc.
Well I hope you all do well with your appts and testings!

Yeah i would be up for that jiggy. :carrot:
I had my Hsg this morning the appointment was at 8.45am so i was up at 6am to have some breakie (didnt wanna throw up like yesterday) and then a nice relaxing shower , and went , it was a little uncomfy when the dye went in but it was over in secounds , the lady told me they dont give out the results till your follow up appointment , but she obviiouosly could tell i was ****ting myself and she looked at me and said everyhting looks fine , but she did say to me they dont like to go into detail incase they miss something ,but judging on how wuick it was i would say that was a good sign aswell cos had there been a blockage i would assume it would take a little longer but then i am just gonna wait till i get proper resutls before i chill about it , but at the moment im ok and i feel posative. I am now feeling like crap tho really crampy have been in bed since i got back till about 2pm and i just took some paracetamol so fingers crossed the pain eases soon,as i start rosemary conley tommorow and i dont fancy exercising with cramp lol but if im still bad ill miss aerobics.

My drs office left a voice message stating they rescheduled my appt. to Oct. 24th @ 4 p.m., so lets hope Aunt Flo is gone by then! ;)

I had been sitting around snacking with her  She goes back to school today so no reason not to get some exercise in with the extra free time

In reading some more info, Im not so sure that I DONT have pcos and it might be something that I get tested for next month if I dont get period back this month....<sigh> It def would explain why it is so bloody hard for me to budge this weight! I mean, I have a considerable amount to lose, so its not like I should have this much trouble losing a bit...
Goals this month:
1. Continue drinking 3 litres of water a day
2. Continue taking multi-vit, fish oil, B6, iron
3. Walk 5 times a week for at least 30mins
4. Continue my healthy eating
Well, heres to October - may we see many bfps! :)

Can I join you guys? I have PCOS and I am ttc #2. I can tell you all from experience that losing weight with PCOS does increase your chances of conceiving. I lost 45 lbs right before I got pregnant with my son. Talk about shocked! I wasn't even trying. I had given up. After 12 years of test and meds. I was so surprised when I got my first af after I lost the weight. Then, I had another one. I didn't have a third one. I was 2 months pregnant before I even found out. It never occured to me that I could be preggo. :)
Anyway.. I gained with the pregnancy and I need to lose it again. I never made it to my goal weight the first time. I need to lose 56 lbs. But, if I don't make it again due to being pregnant again... that will be just fine. :)

Here are my goals:
1. Lose 5 lbs.
2. Drink 60 oz of water a day
3. Walk 4 days a week. (Hope the weather stays good)
4. Eat only the foods allowed( I am on the fat smash diet)
I will be starting Vitex next week. I gotta order some. I hope it helps bring AF. I know some women would love to go for years and years w/out AF. But, I just want to be normal. I had 2 in 2005. and before that it had been 5 years since AF. And then it was only with the help of Provera.

Hi ladies! Sorry it's been a while. Unfortunately between work and school, I'm not left with much time for anything else. After a very rude awakening last week, I'm happy to say I'm back on track. I've lost 8lbs since last week. I've really watched what I've eaten, cut back quite a bit, and more importantly, I've cut out 90% of the soda! On average, I was drinking about 4-5 20oz bottles a day. Now I'm at maybe one 20oz bottle. This of course means my water intake has skyrocketed, so I'm sure it's mostly water weight.
Of course, TOM has been very irregular for the last few months, but it chose now to come back. I can't complain too much though, because it's a good sign.

----------------------------------------------------
Now for some good news...We got the EOB yesterday that said that the insurance finally paid for my dh's first SA!!! YaY!!! That means that we can schedule his follow up with no problem and no worries! We decided to go through with all the testing on both ends and then go from there. So...even though I said I was going to call the dr's this week, I didn't because he was still hesitant. Once that EOB came in, he said to go ahead and make all the appointments! It feels like a bit of a weight has lifted. He still is nervous of being a parent of a newborn but I think it is the standard fear and he just doesn't understand that.
Weight wise...I am way up from my low point. I know that it has a lot to do with the way I have been eating. I have been under stress from this decision and some family issues but both seem to be lifting so starting Monday I am back on track completely. I plan on making better choices this weekend but we are going to visit my in laws and while I don't eat as much around them, they don't have the best choices to decide from!
Have a healthy weekend!

Hi Ladies. Well I made it through another night (almost anyways) of work. I made it up til midnight and then I left early with hub, as he had to leave early due to Jury Duty this week. :p But at least I went in. When I first woke up I did NOT want to go in period! But I forced myself and just left early instead. Better to get 6 hrs then no hrs! lol.
I hope you all are doing well! AF is still here, but has "lightened" up a tad. But that doesn't necessarily mean that she is going to leave me all together. As you all are aware our AF's have a tendency to "appear" like they are leaving and then they come back in full force! So lets hope that she does "hit the road" lol.

Deb~ Here is some info that I got doing a search for "vitex"...
Vitex and Fertility
How Vitex Promotes Fertility
Vitex agnus castus (chasteberry, vitex) is a traditional herb that has been used historically for hormonal imbalances in women. More recently, numerous clinical research studies have provided evidence for vitex as a important herbal treatment for infertility, female hormonal imbalance, ovulatory irregularity, anovulation, amenorrhea, and other disorders related to hormone function in women.
In research studies, Vitex has displayed facility in relieving symptoms or addressing deficiencies caused by hormonal imbalances and vitex may be helpful for women who do not have regular or normal menstrual cycles. It may be very supportive as well for women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). In clinical trials, chasteberry (vitex standardized extract) has been demonstrated to enhance fertility, "and women with fertility disorders benefited from vitex agnus castus, with more pregnancies then in placebo groups".
Because vitex impacts key hormones that regulate and balance the menstrual cycle, vitex can help balance the levels and ratios of hormones required for normal menstrual function, ovulation, and fertility. As Vitex is safe, it may be used by women seeking to become pregnant to increase chances of conception. More specifically, it can be used by women with irregular ovulatory function and by women with shorter luteal phases. Vitex may also be used after discontinuing use of birth control pills to restore normal ovulation.
As vitex has the effect of stimulating and normalizing pituitary gland functions, especially its progesterone function, vitex may be particularly useful in cases of low levels of progesterone during the luteal phase (the period between ovulation and the end of the menstrual cycle). As the studies below indicate, vitex may be very effective in promoting normal hormal function, regular and fequent ovulation, and support fertility and conception.
**** I have been advised by women that take it to stop taking it if you should become pregnant. It isn't safe for the baby.

I know that GNC sells it. I am ordering mine online. I just have to get the money first! lol. It isn't that expensive... we are just trying to pay some bills off before Christmas, so money is tight for us right now. I am planning on ordering it in a couple of weeks. I don't have a GNC close to me. Walmart or rite aid do not have it. It has to be a health food store or a vitamin store.

Sherry, Ive been taking the pills - about 1000mg a day. BUT, Ive read conflicting reports about dosage - some say smaller doses work better (ie less than 500mg a day) and some say higher doses work better (ie 1500mg a day). So, Im going middle of the road. Ive also heard the same about the timeframe in which it starts working. I think it really depends on the womans hormones and how screwed up they are...in which case, it might take a while for me! Haha. I really feel like period is coming, but cervical position is still high and soft, so thats thrown me off. Not sure what to think. Anyway, if I start, Ill let you know, but I wont know if its because of the vitex or the progesterone cream I was on.

Hi everyone! I'm new here and new to message boards altogether so I hope I'm doing this right.
I'm 26, have a 3 year old boy, have PCOS and trying to lose weight. I don't have insurance right now so I'm fighting it the old fashioned way although I'd love to get some prescription support! Hopefully I'll get ins. soon.... I'm not ttc at this time but after I lose weight I will.
Has anyone here tried any herbal solutions? I've seen some stuff online but I'd rather talk to some people before I tried anything. I basically want to try to normalize my cycles (they're ALL over the place!!) and lose weight. It seems like the two things are interconnected, like if I fix one, the other will fall into place. Any ideas?
I know I have tons of other questions but can't think if them right now. I can't wait to start to get to know everyone, I've never talked to other women with similar goals! Maybe we can help each other stay positive :)
Please write me back with any advice, I want to hear it all! I'll try to help you all in any way I can!

Hi everyone.
I lost another lb this week. I am happy with that. At least the scale is still going down.
Sassy~ I hate to see you go, too. I have only been here for a while, but if you decide to leave.. you will be missed.
Vanessa~ I don't have insurance now either. I am going to start taking Vitex in a week or so. It is a herb. Another member (Plumptobump) is taking it, too. I agree that weight loss will lead to pregnancy. It happened to me. I had a baby boy in 2005. I lost 45 lbs and got pregnant. So, I am trying to lose the baby weight that is still hanging around before we start ttc. Good luck and WELCOME!!
JigglyBits~ Congrats on the loss!
Talk to you all later,

Good job on the losses ladies! My scale isnt budging despite the fact that I have been doing really well with my eating, water, exercise, etc. I think my metabolism is stuffed and is going to take a while longer to get into gear! Ugh!
Teresa, a 5lb loss! Thats brilliant!! Mind if I ask how you accomplished that?!?
Welcome Vanessa, like Sherry said, I am currently on Vitex - but its hard to gauge whether its working or not. I weaned my son about 2 months ago and still havent had period return, so Ive been on the vitex for a couple of weeks now to see if it will help get her going again. So far, nothing, but Ill keep you updated. Aparantly, its the best natural supplement you can take to regulate your hormones as there are no hormones actually in it - Im sure you've prob already done a bit of research on it, but Im here if you have any questions.
Sassy, so glad you are staying! I agree that when things arent going well, the LAST thing you want to do is run away from the people who can help and support you! :)
Nothing new to report here...like I said above, still waiting for af to show...just keep going...

Plump : I am on a 2 week GI for jeans diet , which consists of 1200 cals a day and only eating breakfast , lunch and dinner , and they break the calories down into secitons like 200 for breakfast , 250 for lunch and 400 for dinner , 200 for milk , 50 for extra salad or sauce and 100 for 2 bits of fruit , its with a thing called Rosemary Conley they have similar classes to Wight Watchers but you pay for the WI and the Exercise included in the price so its well worth the money. This is my first week doing this and to lose 5lbs is brilliant , before that i was doing a low-fat diet on my own with a weight in with teh dr every 2 weeks.
I hope that helps if not you can read up on it just type in rosemary conley into google it should come up with her slimming club and that will give you more info.
Take care and good luck this week.

Hi everyone! I've seen that lots of you guys are taking Vitex. Does this help with weight loss or just regulating cycles?
plumptobump
10-11-2006, 10:13 PM
Thanks Teresa - sounds very interesting indeed!! Glad it is working so well for you! :)
Vanessa, it helps with your cycles by balancing your hormones, which may in turn, help you lose weight! :) Especially if youre estrogen dominant and cant seem to budge the weight, the vitex stimulates your pituitary gland to produce the correct amount of hormones...in balance. Therefore, when you start producing more progesterone, you may find it easier to lose the weight. Thats it in theory anyway. Hth! :)

Good Morning,
I am freezing today. I woke up with the chills. I have the furnace going full blast.... But, I am still cold. Hopefully I will warm up soon. It got down to 30 last night. I miss the winters in SE Texas. They were more like fall here in Kentucky.
Vanessa~ I am glad you are finding the support helpful, too.
Sassy~ Glad work was better last night. I know AF can be a pain...but I still want it!! LOL.

Hi Teresa,
Yeah I think your right its been about two weeks now, but like I mentioned earlier, I haven't had her visit in months, so we all know how that goes.....I just hope she goes soon and it doesn't turn into an "Extended Stay". lol. So far she has lightened up a lot, but we all know that doesn't mean anything, she can decide to come back in full force at any given time...........
Hope your AF comes and visits you when planned. ;)
Heres hoping everybody is having a Great Sunday!

Hey Teresa.
Well I understand its not "normal" to go this long, but then again I haven't had AF for many months too and it has to play "catch up". So far its not been no where near as heavy as it has been in the past. I've been to the ER when its extremely heavy and they don't do a thing about it anyways.
But I know what you mean. If it gets really bad I'll call the dr but usually all they say is "Go to the ER" and as I stated the ER doesn't do anything........Sad but true. They do check to see if I'm anemic but that is all, don't see why the drs office can't just have that done. lolllllllll.
Frustrating! lol
Glucophage is the Brand name for Metformin and Fortamet is a form of Metformin, just a different form that works better for me. They are all for IR = Insulin Resistance or in my case, Diabetes.
BTDT = Been there, Done that.

Cheers for the abbreviations sassy i can always do with them lol.
Good news , i went for my internal scan to check for cysts today and i got the results to , they could see a small follicle on my right ovary and didnt go into to much explanation on that , my uterus was fine they liked that lol (they were saying amost themselves oh thats a lovley uterus , i was like ok then lol) any way so my left ovary has a cysts inside and a few on the outside but my consultant was called in after 20 mins in the chair with legs a kimbo cos they couldnt work out what they were seeing properly so the consultant came in and explained everything she said that my Ovarys are not suggestive of PCOS but they need to wait for the hormone tests to come back cd2-5 & cd21 prog as she said i could be suffering from the syndrome rather than the cysts and althought i have about 3-5 cysts they dont seem concerned which as u all know they say 10 or more on each ovary classes as PCOS , so now i have to go back in three months (jan) to have the cysts inside my ovary checked again as they wanna make sure it aint getting any bigger but im unsure what happens if it has got bigger , but in all it was a really good appointment and i got to meet my consultant for the first time so i am really happy and she seems nice , only weird comment my consultant made was that my Womb was very slightly twisted so they were looking at it from a slightly different angle but she said everything looked fine and she was happy so thats it really. (prior to the consultant turning up the sonographer said that it looked like the cyst was pushing my womb over slightly , do you think the consultant and woman were talking about the same thing i dont know lol)

Thanks for the abbreviations list! Most of the ones I see here I can work out and make sense of eventually, but I'm no pro!
**How's everyone doing? I'm doing ok I guess. Having the weirdest AF. For whatever reason I had it last month ( I usually have 1 or 2 a year) and the month before BAD. Like at least 10 days and heavy. This time it started three or four days ago but it's so slight.... It even took a day off then came back. ???? I have no idea what is going on in my body. I think AF is coming back due to weight loss (that's what others have experiened) but why so weird? I don't think I've ever had three natural AF in a row!

Teresa: Glad that you got into the dr. It will be interesting to see what they say when the tests come back. I actually have PCOS without numerous cysts. I occasionally get them on my ovaries but I don't have the classic "string of pearls" that they talk about. Most of the time mine burst when they do the ultrasounds. Yea me. Hopefully they will give you the info that you need and get things moving for you!
Vanessa: Yes, I have heard that weightloss can effect AF. Sounds like your body likes what you are doing! Keep it up! Oh yea, and I get the stop and then start again thing all the time. I have noticed it more lately but it may just be that I am more hyperaware of anything cyclical these days :)

Vanessa~ Congrats on your visit from AF. I can attest to the weight loss and AF connection. Although, I haven't seen it in action in 2 years. :0) I do have to say that I think I O'd (ovulated). I had EWCM (Egg White Cervical Mucus) last night and this morning. Dh and I did the BD( Baby Dance) 2 days ago.. Maybe we got the little swimmers there in time. Dh is working 7 days a week and 12 hours a day.. so it has been hard to tie him down long enough to BD! lol. Well, not ACTUALLY "tie" him down... lol. You all know what I mean. :)

Hi everyone! Just checking in while I have some time. Thank you all again for the kind words! I totally gave up on losing weight for a few years, I really thought PCOS was a fat-sentence for me. I've been having weight issues since I was about 19 (but was curvy before) and I am STILL not used to it. Some girls can joke about their weight and I admire that but, damn, I just can't stand being overweight! I'm starting to have more positive feeling toward losing it now, thanks to you all ! :)
AF is still being freaky. It was just barely there for a few days, nothing for the last two days then bam! AF in full effect! lol I know I should be grateful, 3 monthly AF in a row has never happened to me, but I'm remembering all the sh**ty things about it too.
Good luck to you Sherry!!
Teresa: What's the latest?
How many of you guys have kids already? I have one little boy who is nearly 4now and he was a preemie. Hi Everyone!
I'm new to posting here. I was diagnosed with PCOS just this past summer. I'm glad that my doctor agreed with me when I questioned her about possibly having it b/c she is treating it. I have always had AF issues. I started very young at about 11 years old and had it sporadically for a few months. Then I stopped getting it until I was 15 and from then to 25 I would only get it once a year. I have also always been heavy and I really believe that my PCOS and AF problems are due to the weight. In my early-mid 20's I was around 315 and even with BC pills wouldn't have a period. I would get it for a few months and then it would stop. I then lost a huge amount of weight and got down to about 190 and was finally getting a consistent cycle. Now at almost 30, I've steadily gained (I'm 280 ) and am back to where I was about the cycle being messed up. I think that there must (for me) be a magic number around the 250 mark that makes it go back to normal. I'm sorry if this is all TMI from a newbie!
Anyhow my doctor has me on 1000mg of Metformin a day and I'm not real sure if it's helpful or not. I honestly don't always do my best at the diet and exercise part.
Well, I just wanted to say and maybe post here more often. I had never heard of PCOS until last year and I think it's really great that there's this forum for those of us that struggle with it.
Out of curiousity...do you see your family physician for the PCOS or a more specialized dr?
Have a good evening everyone!

Hey Cysters! ;)
:welcome: all newbies to our thread! Glad to have you here! :)
AF is still here, but she is slowing down and hopefully will stay that way or totally leave as I have an appt with my Gyn. on Tues. for my annual exam that I have rescheduled twice already because of AF being here. So hopefully she will stay lightened up or leave!
To answer your question, rebelridergirl, I was diagnosed by my gyn. and then I moved out of state and saw another gyn. who sent me to a Reproductive Endocrinologist or RE for short. RE's specialise in infertility and a lot of them have more knowledge about PCOS than regular Gyn. But now that PCOS info is out there more, more and more GYN have more info on it as well. If you are happy with your family dr and how he/she is treating you for your PCOS than that is all that matters.
I was seeing a different RE since we moved back to OH and I did not like her at all! So now we are going to talk with my gyn and see who she recommends, also there is an infertility center nearby that we may check and see if our insurance covers.
:goodluck: and feel free to ask away! Lots of wonderful "Cysters" here to help you out and give great advice!
I'm Sassy BTW, I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2000, so its been 6 long years, almost gonna be 7 here soon! I am currently on Fortamet, a form of Metformin that works a lot better for me. ;)

Welcome Rebel! I had a great experience being treated by my OBGYN for PCOS for a few years before I moved away :( from her. If I had insurance now I'd love to see a RE. Sassy's totally right. Go wherever you're comfortable and being treated well!
Hi everyone else! I'm working my butt off! I didn't eat as well I could have yesterday but I went for a 4 mile walk last night.
What do you all do for exercise? I'm considering getting a treadmill.

Hey Vanessa
Thanks for your advice i think i will see how i am tommorow when i wake up and if i still feel bad i will just make an appointment , as i have to go at some point this week anyway to get a presciption for meds i need so i may aswell kills too birds with one stone. Only thing is it hurts inside not outside , does that make sence if i touch it , it dont feel tender but if i go to move or bend or even walk a bit too fast im in agony.
Thanks for the  i needed it today :)

:hug:s to all! welcome rebelridergirl! Hope everyone is doing okay!
Vanessa, keep it up. I'm just like you, I can only lose between 0.5 to 1 lbs a week. I don't mind as long as the numbers are going down :D
I usually alternate between walking, elliptical machine and cardio tapes (Kathy Smith, Billy Blanks, Walk Away The Pounds). I do a bit of weight training about 3 times a week for 10-20 minutes too, helps with toning and firming.
treezuk, let us know what happens, hope eveything is okay :)
Starting to get cramps, AF on its way, a bit early though. I'm going away for a few days, visiting family till friday, stay strong!

Hey Jiggly & everyone else
I am still in pain today and i was thinking of going to the dr but i had a chat with my hubby and we decided if i put up with it till after tommorow just in case its only AF pains and it goes away as soon as my AF comes , i did do a pregnancy test about half hour ago and it was NEG (im covering all bases) but my pee was quiet dark for mid day, i always thought that was a sign of a urine infection ???? is that right ??? Ive never had a urine infection so i have no idea what the pains like ?
If anyone knows id love to hear.

Teresa, Ive had two bladder infections in my life, but its hard to diagnose sometimes because different people experience different symptoms. Your dark urine could be that you're just not drinking enough water or could be a result of taking vitamins (mine turns bright green when I take my multis!). BUT, the pain for me was like a constant burning in my bladder area and everytime I went to the toilet, I felt like I needed to push, if that makes sense. I would start guzzling a lot of water and cranberry juice just in case, but if the pain doesnt go away by tomorrow, I would get it checked out for sure, because it could be a kidney infection rather than a bladder infection (not to scare you!!). :) It never felt like af cramps to me when I had both of my infections. Good luck! Keep us posted!! :)

Hi Ladies.
Well went to the dr today. As I suspected it wasn't good. :( My A1C (checks my blood sugars for 3 months) was extremely high. My cholestrol also went up, not terribly, but still went up. So I have to be really good. My dr wants me to be really good for a month and see what a difference it makes. He wants to see if I can get my sugar and cholestrol levels down naturually. I am on diabetic medication which he increased.
So I got a bunch of books at the 1/2 priced book store to read up on. I bought Sugar Busters, a book on Diabetes and a book called skinny witches only you know what the real word is. lol. I am going to start taking my Fish Oil Pills 3 X's a day (lowers cholestrol). This along with a healthy diet and exercise I can bring down my cholestrol. I have done it before. So I KNOW i can do it. Now I have to also bring down my blood sugars.
So per my dr. NO soda period. Water, water and more water. Which is fine I do love water, the hardest part will be when I'm working. But I can do this I know I can do it. I am just looking at one month for now. If I can do this for one whole month, then I know I can do this forever! I mean after I get my BS (Blood Sugar) down and cholestrol down and lose weight, then I think I would then be able to be more flexible and have an occasional goodie.
Hub and I figure that for ONE meal a week we can "splurge" so we aren't going insane. I think that would be okay, one MEAL a week? AS long as we don't go totally nutso. lol.
So its back to the Y and exercising. My dr wants me to walk in the pool so that my joints don't suffer and that I'm not in excruciating pain. So now I have to find a bathing suit that I don't have to quit breathing in to fit into. :(
Well that is about all. Tomorrow is the gyn. :woohoo: what a way to spend my time off! lmao.
Oh P.S.........I am also back on my anti-depressant.
I hope you all are doing well.

Sassy : Im sorry to hear about your tests i hope they get it resolved for you soon :)
Plumptobump: I went to the dr today although the pain as nearly gone , i had to go anyway for some tablets that i needed , i explained the pain , and how id been feeling he told me to do a urine sample and he will send it off to the lab to be tested , he said it could possibley be a bladder infection as they may have caught it when they gave me a scan or it could just be they caught me and thats why ive been having the pain when urinating so we shall see when i get the results back but i will update on here once i know.
Take care and i hope your all ok.

Hey Vanessa
Im doing good hunni im feeling heaps better im still getting the odd twinges now and again but it dont last long and i have a sneaking suspisons its cos AF is lurking around the corner and the odd twinges are now infact the witch on her way for halloween lol typical she would show then anyway , i will ring monday for my results for the urine sample but i think everything will be ok as letting pee out is not painfull anymore either so its all good.
Call me stupid but how can u eat a jack in the box ???? is that food there ???
In england a jack in the box is a kids toy where the clown pops out the middle when u press the box down , im guessing your not trying to eat a kids toy lol.
have a good day

Teresa- Jack in the Box is a fast food place. It can hardly be considered food though. It's about a half notch above McDonald's, you know them, right? Their mascot is a clown-type guy like the kind that would pop out of a box. Probably a marketing scheme to attack kids.... It's about as good as trying to eat a kids toy, lol.
Glad you're feeling better ;)

Hey Cysters!
Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I hope you all are doing well. I got my exercise in early this morning. Coming home from work this morning our car died. So we walked home, 1.7 miles all up hill in the rain. But we made it. I didn't think I would, but I did! :carrot:
Oh and AF came BACK in full force this morning, but has since "died off a bit" Question for you all -- Do you notice that AF comes when you exercise more?
Take care and WTG on all the weight losses! :dancer:

Vanessa : Thanks for clearing that up for me , at least im down with the lingo now lol and i know what your talking about. :)
Sassy : Sorry shes came back , i cant really comment on the exercise and AF thing cos when i have AF i just tend to walk rather than do anything else cos i just find it uncomfy and a tad painfull but mine never last longer than 4/5 days so i dont really know if you carry on like this tho i would take the exercise a bit easier and if u continue to stop and start it might be worth having a word to your gp.
Me : I'm toying with the idea of doing an hour on the dancemat but im trying to decide if i can be bothered as ive had a pain in my right side since last night which im sure is AF pains and i dunno if i feel like jumping around.
Everyone Else : I hope you are all ok and have a good weekend :)

Sassy: I think my AF is directly related to my exercise. I only really started excericising a lot in July and I've had 3 AF (after two years of none) in 3 months. Crazy to me. And this AF is a doozy! It's been 15 days, I want her to go away now!! I think it's starting to make me weak, I couldn't do anything today.
Back on the treadmill tomorrow.... sigh....
