Okay, a typical day is like this: Breakfast: A NS Chocolate Chip Granola Bar Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie Fat-Free Yougurt Water Lunch: NS Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (add garlic powder and tsp of ketchup) Cup of Romaine Salad w/ Fat-free Italian Ceasar Dressing Grapes Yoplait Yogurt Water Dinner:NS Rotini w/Meatballs 2 Servings of Stir-Fry veggies (add garlic powder) :smug: Yogurt (I need more calcium than most people) 1 tsp. Peanut Butter DesertNacho Soy Chips or Chocolate (yes, they have chocolate :D ) If you want help, or suggestions on how to make the food taste better just PM me. -Tracy:cool: Jaleril 09-30-2006, 12:23 AM Here's mine: Breakfast mini-shredded wheat with 1/2 cup HoodSmart skim milk 1 cup HoodSmart skim milk 1 TBSP Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup (a free food less than 25 cal) orange 1 slice of rye bread Lunch tomato sauce and meatballs 1 oz non-fat mozzarella cheese 1 slice rye bread (I hate whole wheat bread of any sort) big salad with mainly lettuce Good Season Cheese and Garlic Dressing (made with water and vinegar only, no oil) 1 oz turkey breast apple Snack 1 oz turkey breast apple Dinner NS Roast Beef and Pasta Penne 2 medium carrots dipped in 1 tsp peanut butter 1 cup green pepper large salad with balsamic vinegar/lemon juice/water salad dressing onion topping 1 slice rye bread Dessert NS Sour Cream and Chives Soy chips campbellredhead 10-02-2006, 06:11 PM breakfast-Ns cereal with 1/2 cup milk snack-apple with 1tsp peanut butter(your fat serving) lunch-ns lunch with veggies and a protein-either cottage cheese or FF hotdogs or something snack-yoplait yogurt and fruit dinner-Ns dinner with veggies and a protein like cheese or chicken or something dessert-Ns chocolate jennyg78 02-23-2007, 10:57 PM Iusually have an egg on a peice of toast, a nutrisystem meal and fruit with a cup of greeen tea. When I have the scrambled eggs I have added salsa to them and even put them on a ww tortilla.
