Default ab lounger

anyone seem them advertised? Supposed to work your abs in days not months..... I am keen to get one but wanted some opinions of my fellow loosers (so to speak! in weight loss terms!)

So..... what do you guys think? Will it work?

I have a few friends who have one, I had a go on one last year, and it definitely works your abs, mine were screaming and I only managed about 5 minutes, but it was outside and about 110 degrees F so I was sweating.

I've been thinking about getting one myself, although I love the core crunches on the ball, I can feel it there too...

a bargain on ebay, the core secrets wasnt really my kind of thing... I have a few minutes a day to spare (after my run) so Im hoping something like this would improve my mid section (its rather eugh atm - specially the love handles). I have a goal of 140 by xmas and hoping to be in a size 12 too. I think I'm going to go for it! Can always sell it on cheap if it doesnt work for me.

I'm sure you'll like the ab lounger, I liked it, but I like the core..and I already have a big ball rolling round the living room, although we do need another chair in there, but I think hubs was thinking more along the recliner look, rather than the ab lounger

IMHO you can get a better workout doing varied ab exercises with your body weight rather than spending the cash.

Got my lounger through the post and I must say it made me sweat puttin it together. After just a few, I could really feel my ab muscles working. This is so good, means hopefully it will make a difference.

Hopefully it will help me to achieve my target, only problem is now I have no storage. Brother has a weights bench outside, I have a running machine in the living room and a bike in my bedroom, I think this will have to go outside too. lol

Ive never been so determined to do anything in my life before this. Im not so much confident just determined, and if it dont happen by christmas it will happen next year.
