Arrow The "Biggest Loser" will be some motivation
Hey everyone!

I am an EMOTIONAL eater to the heart! Sadly enough, I eat because I am fat.. to me. I eat because I feel unattracted and feel like I am viewed as if I lack discipline and heart.

I LOVE the show Biggest Loser. 2 Years ago, it inspired me to lose 45lbs, I have since gained back 30 and am now going back on track. I have to.

I am going to watch the show tonight and get some much needed inspiration!

I have also set a "mini-goal" for myself of 8lbs by October 31st!! Wish me luck!!!

Hi Evie.....you might get a little more motivation going with some of the thread topics in the excercise section. There is a whole group of us over there with many discussions about the biggest loser show and a challenge as well. Get inspired and get OP!! Good luck and welcome!

hmmmm....lets see? If you scroll down on the forum main page, find the fourth heading called excercise, then under it...., ....the biggest loser thread. You could also do a 'search' and type in biggest loser. good luck!

Evie, I too am more motivated to lose weight while watching the new seasons of Biggest Loser and Celebrity Fit Club each time. I like to do my workouts while watching these shows.
