LA Weight Loss - Free Kashi bar

Hey--in case you haven't seen the commercial you can go to kashi.com and get a free granola bar. I love free stuff!!

Also, Walmart.com has some great free samples--perfect for leaving in your purse or at work.

Thanks - I actually just went to the site forgetting that I had already requested mine....still waiting for it to arrive so I can do the voting...I really like Kashi bars and can get them at Wally World for about 98 cents each....

I can't get it becuase I am in Canada ... oh well.
If I were to find these up here what do they count as?

7 grams of protien
4 grams of fiber (includes flax seed)
very yummy, not too sweet like sugary kid stuff.

Candiflip, they would substitute for a lite bar. 2 would equal 1/2 protein and 1 starch.

Sounds good! But I don't think I could give up my bar :P I love them too much LOL

I eat the Kashi bars all the time and they are so yummy! Thanks for the info on the sample. I also didn't know they had them at Walmart, I have been getting them at Meijer.
