I'm getting ready to dash out the door. I thought if I wrote down a plan it would keep me honest. Especially since I'll be around "fair food" all day.
B-kashi pilaf, raisins, kiwi
S-walnuts and grapes
L-kashi granola bar, 2 hard boiled eggs, apple
S-carrots, yellow pepper, cuke slices w/few olives
D-tialpia, sweet potato, salad, strawberries w/sf pudding
S-dark chocolate, tea

Hi, joy! I'm with you about writing it down. I guess everyone else has it figured out.
b--going to try to do some kind of sweet potato pancake thing.
l--sandwich probably on ww w/fruit and carrots
d--salmon patties, sweet potato baked fries, broccoli

Oh gosh, joyofsix, fair food is hard to resist! :) I went twice and actually did okay. My DH loves sweets and had both a funnel cake and a cream puff, neither of which even tempted me! Our fair actually has some healthier choices like a seafood pita.
I'm alone this weekend, and it's raining and cool, don't want to leave the house (heck I didn't get dressed til 11 am!)
B: homemade applesauce, 1/2 ww bagel w/natural bp :coffee:
L: salad with avocado, orange peppers, tomato and warm black beans
s: chicken stir fry
snack choices: apple, cantalope, cottage cheese
