Well, when I started this "diet" on Monday, my first goal was to make it to Friday. Well, I've done it! And I'm still going strong! I'm very proud of myself right now.:carrot:

Well, guess what! I lost 5 pounds!!!

I decided last Monday that I was only going to weigh myself once a week. So, today was my first weigh in to see if I'd lost any. Yay! I'm so excited!!!:woo:
