You've found a great place for inspiration, advice, etc., so stick around. We've ALL been demoralized from time to time, and that's the best time to pop in here to get some support.
Remember that a healthy,
sustainable weight loss happens when you drop the pounds at 1 - 2 lbs per week (or less). I average about 1/2 lb a week lost. Try not to set a goal that is too rigid. Be flexible, set some mini goals, etc. Be KIND to yourself!
You know all the right things to do, it's just a matter of digging down deep and telling yourself you can do it!

PS: I'm 34, 5'4", love food, and hate exercise, too!!
