Hello Ladies - I have a few extra zucchini's at my house (who doesnt'???) anway I can't find anything on the food section to make zucchini bread - does anyone have any ideas????

I just Googled "Splenda zucchini bread" and came up with a recipe. It is fine for Phase II but you need to substitute whole wheat flour. Let us know how it turns out and we'll pop it into our recipe section if it's good.
