Hello,
I need a ww friendly baked steak recipe using lean ground beef. If anyone has a recipe for this, I would greatly appreciate it. My hubby and I are wanting baked steak for dinner, trying to figure out how to make it weight watchers friendly. Thanks so much. Have a great day .

I add onions, spices, salt and pepper and maybe bell pepper and dry oatmeal to my ground beef and make small patties. I bake them for a few minutes until most of the fat renders out, and pour the fat off. Then I top them with the 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup.
