Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, double serving of peaches, equal

Lunch: Kiwi and LO ww angel hair and marinara

Snack: Core Frosty Smoothie

Dinner: Core Spicy Chicken Cacciatore over ww rotini (yes I'm violating the twice in one day rule; double serving of fresh broccoli

8 saltines and smart balance for points. I have to weigh in tomorrow. What the heck am I doing?

Dessert: 3 WW Mint patties
