Last night for dinner we had Indian ... I had a prawn curry made with a curry base of tomatoes and onions, so hopefully it wasn't too bad:^:
Brunch
English Muffin with low fat cheese
Snack
Fruit Salad
Dinner
Not sure yet ... might be having a BBQ, so will stick to chicken & salad

I am going for a photo shoot and need to bring mini-meals with me because I will not be able to access any food until evening!
20 oz. smoothie of soymilk, mango, pineapple and ground flax
1 Dr. Kracker cracker with 1 T. crushed peanuts and 1/2 a cucumber with lemon
1 cup baby carrots, 6 sundried black olives and 2 oz. Tofurky
3 cups mixed black beans, romaine, fresh salsa, rice and guacamole
4 jalapeno-stuffed olives, 2 cups broccoli and 1 cup marinara sauce with 1 T. nutritional yeast (This combo cures my pasta cravings!)
64 oz. water

B-one homemade cinnamon roll
L-(picnic at beach/park) pita sandwich w/feta,hummus and spinach, 10 goldfish crackers, dried cherries, water
D-homemade, baked eggplant parmasean, huge salad
S-chocolate and tea

Yogini, don't worry, I eat enough! Only reason it didn't look like much was because I didn't get up until rather late on Sunday (nearly lunch time:o ) so breakfast became brunch, I didn't need any lunch, then just had a snack mid afternoon, and a BBQ for dinner ... where I more than made up for it!
