Default Emotional Exercize

Do any of you ever get emotional while exercising?
I did today, and I cannot figure out why.
I hopped on the treadmill while listening to Lynard Skynards "Free Bird."
I got a little emotional at first, then I ran the last half of the song at 7mph.
I dunno why I got upset, but I did.
And now, I feel freaking fantastic.

I know this is personal and I dont mind sharing, but has anyone else ever gotten emotional while doing your daily workout?

I have experienced this and I believe (from psychology classes) there is a clear scientific basis for it. Physical activity/interaction is clearly linked to emotional responses. Many people cry while having massages, and of course ther is the fact that excersice releases chemicals in the body ( though usually "happy" ones) that affect emotion. For me personally its just that I have time to think or be more moved by the music Im listening to, especially on the treadmill and sometimes I make unconcious connection that make me cry. And then of course there is runner's high which is lots of fun. to say the very least.
