Not sure what a double, double is but coffee itself is 0 points, anything added to it such as sugar (which is 1 point per tablespoon) or cream/milk has points.

So if it is just a double shot (as in strong, strong) of coffee it still would be 0 points.

If all else fails try another coffee shop site (such as Starbucks or TimHorton's) and use those points.

Double-Double means coffee with 2 cream & 2 sugars- I think its a Canadian thing!

I would count one as 3 points to be on the safe side. The shots of cream and sugar are pre-measured according to the cup sze and I don't think they are the same size as if you were to do it yourself. Plus they use really high fat cream.

You can download the nutritional information for both Canadian and American Timmy's at http://www.timhortons.com/en/menu/menu_info.html#ni

Hope that helps. :)
