did belly dancing yesterday and really pushed hard i have a sore hip now :o

Just reviewed my day and I DID stay on program today! Had bacon and eggs for breakfast in a restaurant (no toast), a chef's salad for lunch from the canteen at the Blood Donor Clinic AND am making Kirei's Greek stuffed Chicken for dinner with green beans.
OMG - and I didn't even plan!
Not enough water yet - only about 40 oz.

Thanks for reminding me i have not had enough water either, to busy today at work and driving (do not like to pee when driving)

b-cream cheesy eggs
l-yellow pepper stuffed w/ cheese
d-grilled fish, salad, broccoli and a BEER(just one)

walked on my treadmill 15 minutes this morning
drank 120 oz or more of water.

I need to join in to make myself feel better! Thanks Nasus

Yesterday I thought I was completely OP until SOMEONE brought up Water. HMMMM

B- kashi
2 c lite coffee
l- 2 meatballs
salad
d- veg lazagna

w-8 glasses

45 min w/o (no ozzie :( )

It is times like these that we must focus on continueing our programs.

Exercise ~ walk 30 minutes

Breakfast ~ 2 sausage patties

Lunch ~ Salad, dressing, chicken

Dinner ~ Boilded cabbage and sausage

120 oz water

L-Nothing-didn't even realize what time it was! duh

D-meatload-cabbage-cucumbers, tomatoes & purple onions in oil/vinegar
And definately a patio drink (Darn, just one Scoob?)

I'm definately behind in the water area this week. Too many diet soda's! I'll fix that! (Tomorrow ! :lol:)

then belly dancing tonight. YEA i can jiggle it!!!!

Getting back on track today--have had 2 cups of coffe and about to go and make breakfast.

B- Scrambled eggs and bacon

L-Forgot--it happens right?

D-pizza, diet coke, water

Water most of the afternoon becasue I was busy working. I am pretty satisfied all round but I really want to swish some more fluids down me--feeling kinda backed up--know what I mean?

DH is yelling I'm on the computer already, so, this is a bit short.

B-2 eggs/2 bacon -- 3 decaf

L-chef salad

D-? DH wants to go out, so probably seafood. I'll edit back in

TODAYS S-U-C-C-E-S-S GOAL
To put importance in my eating plan. If I put even one bite of an off plan food in my mouth I will not let it stop my next meal from being OP.

D. Monster Roast Chicken, green beans and spaghetti squash
S. maybe yoghurt or fruit - depending

(Found a beer glass that holds 16 oz.! One down already.)

I hope to get my water in for today, i have a tendancy to take it easy for the weekends so i am going to make a heroic effert. (even if i pee on the horse)

b-was a conglomeration of may things chicken with cheese sauce, the 3 eggs in egg salad, then a bite of tuna w/ MW
l- 1 oz peanuts
d- cheffs salad

exercise yes i just came back from 30 on the eliptical at 400 cal even. aand the poor horse later today.:o :o :^: :^: :^:

well the horse survived and so did i. I wonder what will be sore tomorow????

not doing well with water,need to work on that....

FLYLADY is visiting here this weekend, since there is no football, but daughters are looking for the flyswatter already!!!:lol:

Well I have just lurked in the other threads nad wished I had done that yesterday. What enthusiasm and motivation.
Yesterday I wasn't OP at all. First fall in quite awhile(months) not coping w/ my stress well

Any way, as MamaJ encouraged ,don't let being off program keep you from getting back on :) Great advice

exercise YES i did a huge 500 cal on the eliptical (40 min)
and 75 crunches on the ball my gut still hurts!!!
