LA Weight Loss - Big OH OH Help!!

I just discovered that I was eating sugar free icecream (as one starch) but it doesn't say anywhere's on the container that it is NON FAT....whoops!! Does anyone know where I can buy or if it is even available in Canada...I live in Nova Scotia.

I think for fat free ice cream, you may want to try either frozen yogurt or even ice milk. I don't think I have ever noticed complete fat free ice cream. The only ice cream that comes close is the Skinny Cow brands which is carried by Fortinos in Ontario. Not too sure if Sobey's carries that product.

The only fat free/sugar free ice cream I have found (and it's tasty) is the Edy's brand. Not sure if you have that in Canada. The label clearly says FF and SF (made with splenda). Needless to say, I haven't had much ice cream on this program.

Doesn't Healthy Choice make a Fat Free ice cream?

Thanks everyone...I may try the frozen yogurt when I have the urge...skinny cows is sold here at Sobey's but only in icecream sandwiches, not the regular form of icecream...
