LA Weight Loss - I bit the bullet

I went back into the the center today and renewed a plan. They sent me a "how are you doing, we want more money 40% off weightloss weeks" flyer. Which for 6.60 a week wasn't too bad. The good news is that I have only gained 3 lbs, since I finished my first cycle with them(weightloss, stabalization, and maintainence). The bad news is that I lowered my goal 10 lbs. The first time around it seemed undoable, but now I feel good about it.
So TO tomorrow, YUCK! But, it must be done. My first WI will be Friday, hopefully I will be down to my last goal weight on Friday.....but TOM is coming on strong so we will see......wish me luck!

Get back on the horse, that is the ist step into weight loss. You must have confindence in yourself and not feel negative. You should be very proud of yourself for going back. They always say 2nd time is a charm. Good luck

klkoppes- tell me your story, how much weight did you loose the first time? How long did it take you? Any advice on how you got to your first goal weight? Did they recomend the gold plan for you to loose these last 10 pounds? Did they say it would only take you 5 weeks?

Thanks for all the well wishes.
ljackson-
My first time was a breeze. I was sooooooo motivated and excited about the program and changes. I finished Maintainence 6 months ago. My first time threw the program I lost 72 LBs in about 5 1/2 months. That is why 10 more lbs seemed insane, but now I am ready to lose those 10. I bought 7 weeks instead of 5, since I know those last 10 Lbs won't come off easily. I am happy that I haven't really gained much since I have completely finished. The eating changes I made the first time through stuck with me once it was done.....I guess what they say is true, it's a lifestyle change, not a diet.
This time I am not as motivated, mainly because I know the weight will not come off as quickly. Which intimidates me somewhat. Last time I saw results almost instantly, and I know that is not a reality this time. That's my main reason for going back into the center. I have tried to lose the last 10 for about 6 weeks on my own and it hasn't gone so well. I am stuck and needed some help. It also helps me to have the anxiety that of going to WI every couple days :p

Good luck Krystal - smart move to join up and you can do this. You and Evette (Winkie) are very close in weight....she's doing great on the program and I'll be watching both of your progress in the weeks to come. Is online betting legal? just kidding.

Thanks Joni
If there is a betting pool, put me down for Evette, she is kicking butt!

Thanks, no bets are needed (LOL!) we can just push each other to stay POP and get rid of these last pounds. My goal was 140 when I first started, but I've now changed it to 128 pounds. I just want to see if I can get there. As for bets....no bets are needed. I've been slowly losing as I get closer and closer to my goal (just like you stated) I think I'm averaging a loss of 1-1.2 pounds a week. So  here's to you, my friend. Good luck to both of us! I know we can do it!
