My book arrived yesterday, and I've started this morning. :carrot: I had the same thing for breakfast I have most mornings anyway--oatmeal with bilberries. :T

I've been losing and regaining the same 14 pounds for the past 6 months, and I'm really fed up with it. :( I guess I need a more structured programme to follow--my portions have crept up in size, and I've been having too few meals and too many treats lately. That explains why the scale registered 191 pounds again this morning. :rollpin: I'm a compulsive weigher, so I'm going to get hubby to hide the scale until day 10. :halffull:

So, two hours into the Fat Smash, and I feel great! :lol: Big shock there! I've done a 20 minute walk and 10 minutes of stair climbing. I haven't brewed up my usual pot of coffee though, so we'll see how that goes.... :eek: Having recently quit smoking, I'm not sure my poor body can take the further deprivation of no caffeine! :coffee:

Hiya Fishy! The best thing about this diet is not having to measure or weigh everything! Just your brown rice and meats. You can eat all the fruits and veggies your little heart desires!
