Talking Calorie Counting Works

I have lost 9 lbs. in 10 weeks and my cholesterol dropped to 188 from 240

So eating right, counting calories and some exercise.....WORKS!!

Great job. Dont you love it. Oh yeah, calorie counting definately works. I lost 3.2 this week. 20 in the past 8 weeks. I am tickled. Between counting calories and my cardio workout...i am having great progress. And with the calorie counting program...there is nothing we can NOT have. Very healthy, realistic approach.

Is it just me or is it kind of priceless the look people get on their faces when you tell them what you have been doing to lose the weight?

They always seem to be hoping I will say - oh yes I took this magic pill and the weight just melted away instantly. The look they give me is like they are thinking..."all that sounds suspiciously like work"
