WW Clubs and Groups - Thursday Weigh-In Results for September
:) Happy September.
This thread is the place to post your weekly scale results. Even if you don't go to a WW meeting, you can weigh at home. hint...hint...hint....

My tracker isn't going to move this week. However, I had gained some last week, stressing out, and have lost that amount. Soooo, I'm back to my tracker weight. Next week there will be a loss!!!!!:D

My butterfly got to move this week. 1 pound. I was pleased. I have to keep it going though!!!!! I didn't weigh again yesterday since I didn't feel the best. I also discovered last night that it was TOM. It's so much fun when I don't know it's going to happen. lol

I am here, I did weigh last week, and the scale didn't move. I have been maintaining 159 for a while. At least I am not gaining, but now, I am getting a little frustrated.:(

Dee, staying the same is really okay!:D Are you doing the same exercises every day? If so, vary them and their intensity.
The TV ads say that drinking 3 glasses of milk every day will cause a weight loss. Maybe we should try that. :lol:

Scales were good to me today. Down 3lbs this week, after being up 0.8 last week. Got my 10% award today (should have gotten it 2 weeks ago). Also got the "Clapping Hands" award for sticking with it for 16 weeks (should have gotten that 3 weeks ago). I need a list of what awards there are, seems like I never get them when I should.:shrug: Course, I'm really just glad to be losing the weight! :dancer: Hope everyone else is happy, too.:spin:
Congratulations, Terry!!!!!!! That is a great loss. Congrats on getting the 10% award and "clapping hands." I don't know about the "hands" award. I've been doing this at home and haven't been to a real meeting in a year.
May I suggest that you don't dwell on "when" you should've gotten the reward but on actually getting it!!! ;)

I know what my problem is...once I get used to the foods that affect/ don't affect my body then hopefully my ticker will move.
I'd rather maintain than do the up and down thing.:dunno:

My butterfly is the same. I sure wish it would move for 1/2 pounds. Maybe the other 1/2 will be gone soon and I'll get to move that guy. Bob has lost 6 pounds this week. I think I'll hit him!!!!! Of course, he cut out Pepsi and beer, so that's how he did it. I drink diet pop, water, and crystal light. If I give all that up, will I lose 6 pounds?????

My first weigh in I lost 4.8, second weigh in -1.2, and I didn't get to weigh in last night. We had Math Night at school and I just didn't have the time to.

It isn't Thursday, but the other 1/2 pound is gone. I moved my butterfly! Slow but steady. lol
hey all, i am going to jump in a start posting. hope you don't mind. i just started ww and have only had 2 meetings so far. my trackers shows my weight when i started ww and where i would like to be by 1-1-06. i tried following the core plan the first week but have switched to points this week. i look forward to getting to know everyon.

I'm doing my tracker in 10 pound segments. Working on just 10 pounds at a time, and it is taking forever!! I need to be patient. I need to lose 40-50.
YEAH!!! 1.5 pounds down this week!!!
This goal is for 1-1-07
That's a great loss this week. Keep up the fantastic job!!!!

I weighed..........159. The same as that last 5 weeks. Would you say I have hit a pateau?LOL.:dizzy:
I was up a little but I attribute it to water retention.
Dee, try eating different veggies and fruits. Try different types of exercise.

the scales at ww thurs showed a 1.5 lb loss. so i have gone from 206 to 203.5. my scales this morning read the lowest that i have seen in over 12 yrs. 199!!!

I eat every vegetable out there except brussel sprouts. I eat grapes,apples, bananas, strawberries, blue berries. No Citrus....acid reflux.
I don't eat beets either....is that a veggie or a fruit? LOL.
I need to exercise.
Well, tomorrow is the official weigh-in day.
Are we all ready----Dori, Terry, Trob, Dee, Liz, and everyone else??????
I'm really hoping I've taken off the 3 pounds I gained over the weekend. :o

Tomorrow is weigh in and I'm not sure I've done that well. I haven't been able to weigh in the last two weeks and I haven't stayed OP. I fell off the wagon, but I have decided that I must stick with. I determined. Any lose tomorrow will be great.
I'm sooooo happy----I lost all that weight I gained over last weekend. My tracker won't be moving this week but that's okay with me.

Lost one pound. That is a first in like 6 weeks.

well, i am down another 1/2 lb. one baby step in the right direction. my ww leader doesn't think that i am eating enough. most days my points are lower than what i am supposed to have but i am just not that interested in food...which i feel is a very good thing. i am going to try to eat all of my points this week and see what happens.
ww weight thursday 203...home weight 200. looks like 199 came and went, but i have faith that it will come again.
good job everyone, it looks like everyone has the scale moving in the right direction.
