Good job on the Quizno's, Courtnie!

I had an extra banana yesterday Here's today's plan:
  • 3 eggs
  • about 2oz tuna w/ff mayo and dill flavored hummus
  • about 1cup pineapple chunks
  • sandwich (maybe with bacon! )
water, water, water--at least 3 liters--and a walk around the block after work.

B - 2 lentil pancakes with chutney
1 cup skim milk

S - 1 banana

L - 1/4 cup brown rice + roasted veggies
1 8 oz container plain yogie

I'm not even going to bother putting something down for dinner because I always overeat anyway. So:

S - 2 salad wraps

D - Whatever's around. Hopefully not over 500 cals.

Exercise - Whoever suggested getting it over and done with in the morning, I love you! Did 1 hour on the treadmill.

Br: Honey Bunches of Oats, milk

Lu: Spinach-ham-cheese salad, grapes

Din: mexican lasagna

excercise: SI6 Start it Up
Water 2 liters

So I have discovered that I cannot cook the easiest thing in the world....a hard boiled egg. My egg never cooks all the way and when I slice into it the yolk is raw. Any tips on how to boil an egg will be greatly appreciated.

Rosario - let it boil longer! I cook mine while I get ready for work, probably boils 10-20 min and then I turn it off and leave it in the hot water until I am ready to eat it.

Sunnigummi - what are lentil pancakes?

I didn't have the stuff in the dishes. I don't even know what that is.
