I am really glad to have found this site! I'm hoping to lose 95 pounds this year. I need the interaction and motivation to help me stay focused on my goal.

And you will certainly meet your goal. :) We are all family on this site and when your feeling down or unmotivated these folks will certainly spruce ya back up.
