It's that time again... Everybody Join in on another monthly challenge we all so grown to love! Summer is officially over, so no more excuses for laying around! Get back to work and/or school and get off your butt more then you would any other month. Don't make this a monthly challenge for yourself, make it a lifetime routine! You can do it girls!
