Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, skim, 2 servings of peaches, equal

Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea with Ham Soup; 15 saltines (3 points); smart balance (2 points)

Snack: Core Frosty smoothie

Dinner: Bone In NY Strip Steak and baked potato on the grill; fresh wax beans

Snack: Popcorn with Smart Balance (4 points)

Chocolate? Did someone mention chocolate???

Breakfast: 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese/tropical fruit cup, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: egg salad (2 hb eggs/lf mayo), tossed salad w/olive oil, oregano dressing
green grapes

Snack: cheese string, baby carrots

Dinner: chicken or steak on the bbq, baked sweet potato, green beans
