l & T (upstate NY Tomato - good, but still not fabulous)
However sandwich WAS fabulous. My one BLT of the year.

sauteed onions, cabbage & mushrooms (w/spritz)
tomato salad

snack:
iced mocha 1.5
chocolate 1.5
soy nuts 2

total 22

I'm having a momentary lapse of judgement today. I don't know what is up....

hc teriyaki thing and extra veg. 6/9

continuining my downward stress spiral--
dinner:
salad w/a bit of goat cheese 2/18

breakfast biscotti (polenta, hazelnuts, dried cherry) 3/24
exercise: dog putter, gym (40 min elliptical)
water: si,si (not enough though )
vitamin:Si,si

48 oz - not a great water day
