Talking Just found this site! Getting serious this time!

Hi everyone-- I just found this site and look forward to all the support! I have been losing slowely for the last 3 months-- 15lbs I am now at 143 which is good... but my goal is 125 to 130. I haven't seen that in a LONG time! I am kinda short- 5"4" so that would be a good weight for me. I decided to try Slimfast and see how that goes! Anyone else out there try it? My main problem is getting my butt back in gear and get exercising!!! I need all the help i can get!

Hi Michelle! I think there's a thread somewhere on the board for people doing Slimfast. Is that how you've lost the 15 lbs.? Keep up the good work!

Hi michelle, welcome to the board! I am doing Weight Watchers, but I know others who have been successful using slim fast when they don't have a large amount of weight to lose like I do. You can find support here no matter what plan you are using, just join us in the weekly chat thread at the top of the forum. WTG on losing 15 pounds already, keep it up. I'm 5'6" and my goal is 145, as you can see I still have a looonnnnggggg road ahead of me...but hey, I think I'll get there this time.

Thanks for your replies! I tried weight watchers-- but the point thing is too hard for me!!! It seems like all i thought about was food and my darn points! lol!!! I lost this inital 15 lbs just by cutting calories- I've tried to stay at about 1200 to 1400 a day- although there are times i have strayed--- but i thought I would try the slimfast to take some of the guesswork out of planning my meals!!! but i dunno-- I haven't offically started it-- does having it in my fridge count???
