I'm so glad your back and if there is anyone out there that can succeed, its YOU!! your a great inspiration to me.

I can see where going to those meetings can help motivate people, the success stories, the confessions and just the bond that the people share is worth it. I'm proud of you for re-joining WW, your gonna do wonderful.

Welcome home Sunshine! I have missed you so much. I'm sorry you've gone through such a hard time lately. I thought about you often.

Good for you for going to WW. It helps me a lot to know I'm getting weighed on a regular basis. In fact, I'm thinking about WW if I can fit it into my schedule for that very reason.

Can you find time to fit some exercise in too, my little Pookiepie? It will make you happier. Remember in Legally Blonde when Elle Woods was saying that the accused couldn't possibly have commited murder because she exercised all the time and people who exercise have lots of endorphins in them? It's true, people who exercise are happier. And, yes, I live my life by the principles set forth by Elle Woods!

Hi. Good luck to you in your renewed effort.

I agree that having to be held accountable by going to weigh-ins and such is a good way to keep on track. Plus it provides support. Keep up the good work!

thanks for your honest statement. i have been steadily gaining weight over 75 lbs in the past 2 years. i also have developed some weird health issues. i have went off the wagon so to speak. i live in a new area so i have no diet biuddies to help me in the"hard times".have you ever developed any complications with your helath after you rny?

Pookie I totally understand and was there last year with my grandmother and am digging in (not too food) right now with my Mom's Illness
