Default Water, how much?????

I guess this is a stupid question but I know the book says 6 glasses of water. Well how many ounces is that? Glasses vary a lot. I used to hear 8 cups? Which is 8 oz.

Just clarifying. Thanks!!!

Nutritionist still recommend 6-8 8-ounce glasses a day. W/W requirement is 6 8-oz glasses a day.

Thanks, good to know - I can do 3 bottles of water a day (which are usually 16 oz bottles) I was afraid I needed to do 6. I'd never get any work done, from running down the hall!!!!!

I drink 4 bottles of water a day, sometimes more. I only had problems with the constant peeing the first couple of days and then it went away.

Yeah your body does adjust once it gets sufficiently hydrated so you aren't running to the potty all the time.
