Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, peaches, equal

Lunch: Sirloin burger, dry bun (3 points) FF Bordens Cheddar cheese slice, raw onion, pickle, ketchup, and fresh fruit

Snack: Some grapes

Dinner: Chipotle Burrito bol (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, cheese for 3 points, guacamole); brown rice made with chicken broth

Dessert: I'm probably not that hungry but I'm obsessed since this is my first day back on. Chocolate Frosty Smoothie

16 ounces decaf black; 64 ounces water; 12-24 ounces decaf diet Pepsi

Mid-morning

Black beans
Brown rice
Diced tomatoes
Olive oil will be somewhere in that meal

Snack
FF Yoplait yogurt

Dinner
Salad with romaine, radishes, purple onion, strawberries, kiwi slices, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Skim milk

Exercise
Talking the dog for a walk tonight

Breakfast: 1/2 banana, 4 oz sf/ff lemon yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: greek salad w/feta cheese, olive oil/oregano dressing, some turkey slices for extra protein!
fresh blueberries

Snack: lf cottage cheese/fruit cup, apple

Dinner: tbd

s: Jazz apple yumm!
l: egg salad, a whole wheat bun (2 pts) w/ff butter and spreadable fruit (core enough), unsweetened applesauce, milk
s: 100 cal popcorn, diet soda
d: not sure, maybe grilled hamburgers? and corn on the cob, milk

Exercise: 45 minute walk (pulling a wagon half of the time)
