So here's what we'll do ...

Weigh yourself and write the number down somewhere. For the next two weeks, try to stick as closely to your plan as you can, get in plenty of exercise, follow your healthy guidelines with the fruits and vegetables and water and oils ...

We'll weigh again next Monday morning and everyone should be at least one pound less. Same for the next Monday morning!

Simple, huh? And you don't even have to tell anyone your weight if you don't want to but if you post a tracker, it should probably be updated. If you want. If not, that's okay too!

Melissa, that's okay. I might do it too. Today my eating will be off a bit due to nerves. Either I'll eat everything in sight, or nothing at all ... don't know yet.

Thanks, andrea. So far, it's been on the "nothing" side instead of the "everything" side. That's not really good, but probably not as bad as it could have been.

I didn't eat everything in sight, but didn't eat all that well either. And this morning I woke up in a big funk, so I didn't take my lunch to work -- and THEN they ordered food at work so I ended up eating some of it.

I'll get there someday. Meanwhile, I just keep telling myself that I've come a long way and a few days of frivolous eating isn't going to make me gain back the 35 pounds.

down .5 this week,,,had to weigh in friday ,,im heading out of town on thursday (will do second weigh in then)so I wanted it to be almost two full weeks (did that make sense.haha)

I lost 1.6 for my first week. I just realized that there is no meeting next Monday because of the holiday. I'll have to go to the website to pick a different day to go next week. I'm hopeful that I can lose .6 or more next week to meet my challenge.

I'm with you. I lost 1.6 as well. It feels great. I'm going to exercise alittle extra this week to meet the goal.

Well had to look it up!

I was 214.8 last Monday - and 212.8 this Monday - wow - I didn't even realize that!

Bad news is I also did the August 1st weigh in 3FC challenge - and on aug 1st I was 213.8 - so not much improvement there - will do the official aug 31 wi tomorrow.

Kathy - where are we supposed to post for the August 3FC challenge???

The sticky announcement at the top should give info, but if not -- I will find out and let everyone know. Tomorrow is the end of the month (can you believe it?) and we should report in.

I'll be down 2 for the month, which I suppose is okay when you're at or below goal, but still, I'm not going to be completely happy until I'm in the 130s. Call me anal, but I want to see that number.

My official 2 week results:

Aug 21: 214.8
Sept 3: 209.6

I myself am amazed! Back down to around 209 - now if I could only lose another 10 lbs in the next few days - ha ha ha.

Have to get check out the new challenge altho considering I'll be on vacation not sure what to commit to!
