Sugar Shakers - Soba Noodles?

My 1st time here so please be gentle!

Are Soba Noodles (Japanese Buckwheat Noodles) permitted on Sugarbusters?

I think I've read somewhere were they are okay, just check the label to see if there are any other ingredients and if the buckwheat used is stone ground. I know I read an article about SOBA NOODLES just a few months ago in one of my magazines, I'll see if I can dig it out and see what it says-it may take a little while, I have so many mags!!!!

Personally, I'd say go ahead and eat them, and if you find you have a problem with them, you can always remove them from your WOE-biggest think you need to watch is portions.
