First queston, how many carbs are you really allowed to have on this first phase?

Hi keen :wave: There's no carb counting on SBD..instead the focus is on good slow carbs. There is no limit on the amount of Phase 1 veggies (unless specified in the phase 1 food list) - aim for at least 4 cups a day of veggies and salads.

The most important thing for me was to make sure I focused on getting the veggies!! The rest came naturally after the veggies were in my belly :)
