Buffalo Chicken for One - 5 Points

4 ounces skinned and boned chicken breast half
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons reduced-calorie stick margarine
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
2 tablespoons fat-free blue cheese salad dressing
Brown chicken in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Place in a baking dish. Combine hot sauce, margarine, vinegar, and celery seeds; drizzle over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with 2 tablespoons fat-free blue cheese dressing.
Serving Idea: Serve with 1 cup cooked frozen whole-kernal corn, and prepackaged coleslaw, 1 cup, with 2 tablespoon fat-free Catalina dressing.(be sure to include points for side dishes)
