Breakfast
Scrambled egg (Eggland's Best), skim milk, sliced tomatoes

Lunch
LaTortilla Lowfat Low-carb Garlic 'n Herb tortilla with guacamole and RF swiss
Blueberries with FF plain yogurt

Dinner
Probably more broiled fish, broccoli, homemade bread with Smart Balance

Snacks if needed
Almonds and raisins

dutch muesli with walnuts, blueberries, yogurt; tea

Lunch
left-over roasted veges (broccoli, green & red peppers, red onion, garlic) with orzo & feta
pumpkin pudding

Snack, if needed
apple with ricotta & p.b.

Dinner
Fried rice with veges
romaine/spinch salad
1 (or 2) pieces(s) dark chocolate
tea

Breakfast:
Ultimate meal powder with unsweetened soy milk, banana and cantelope.

Snack:
Orange

Lunch:
Brown rice with kidney bean/black bean/tomato mixture, bell pepper/mushroom/tofu mixture and fava bean/hominy mixture

Snack:
NF plain yogurt with blueberries and flax meal

Snack:
Carrots with laughing cow cheese wedge

Dinner:
Veggie pizza! Whole wheat pizza dough, tomato sauce, skim mozarella cheese, bell peppers, eggplant, onion, artichokes and garlic. I can't wait!

I had a migraine last night so eating is a little off today.
B-1pc dry ww toast
L-tomato soup and triscuits?
S-rye krisps w/goat cheese, maybe some berries if I feel like it
D-huge spinach salad, with tomato, onion,avocado,yellow pepper if I feel well, if not scrambled eggs with spinach and ww toast

turkey chili (ground turkey, beans [black, kidney, cannelini, butter], orange pepper, onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes)

Snack
mixed nuts

Dinner
turkey burger
oven roasted zucchini, squash & orange peppers in olive oil and garlic

Dessert
chocolate soymilk
