Hi, I'm new here but I found a plan that worked great for me. I started in May at 240 lbs and a size 22 and i am now 190 lbs and a size 16. I have never tried supplements before and was very, very sceptical! My best friend was on it and she told me to give it 2 week. She gaurenteed I'd see a change. She trusted the products so much she bought my first supply. Needless to say I lost 12 lbs the first 2 week and have been sold ever since. They center around nutrition and not weight loss. But the 2 go hand in hand. I feel GREAT! And best of all I dont starve myself and I can eat what I want. I just dont crave mass amounts of food any more. I'm not sure about posting brand names or company name because I'm new to this. I f I can please tell me and if I cant I'd be happy to share the Info via e-mail or phone. I'm so pleased with the results, i think everyone who wants to lose weight should now about this product!

You see brand names posted all over the board so I don't think it's a problem. I'm sure that people would like to know what's been successful for you.

OK, yes we want to know what it is. It may be that you are just eatting less and not the suppliments you are taking. But still we are all interested in hearing what people are doing on their journey to lose weight. If it's not dangerous I say more power to you. Did you run the product name and ingredients past your doctor? Some suppliments have some dangerous ingredients.
