many peanuts for snacks the book states. I loaned my book out and I just started a week ago.

BTW I lost 8.4 pounds the first week.

First of all, :carrot: congrats on your first week! There is a food list for each phase on SBD FAQ's. Here's what it says: Peanuts, 20 small (May use dry roasted or boiled) Personally, I like pistacios. It takes a long time to shell and eat 30 of them!
