I want to stay on program and my office is having a party for a collegue tomorrow and I need to bring something I can eat and stay on program. Help please!

Tossed Salad

Ready in 30 minutes or less

1 package (10 ounces) Italian-blend salad greens
1 package (5 ounces) spring mix salad greens
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges in light syrup , drained
1 1/2 Cups dried Cranberries - I have used the flavored ones
one medium red apple & one medium yellow or gala, cored and chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese
1 bottle (8 ounces) low/fat free raspberry vinaigrette/dressing
optional - chunks of ham, chicken, or turkey may be added

In a large salad bowl, toss the greens, oranges, cranberries, apple, nuts and cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving; toss to coat.

Yield: 12 servings

4 WW points per serving - add extra points if you add meat.
