Hey everyone! I pop on here every now and then and have decided to get me and my family in gear ( though I am the only one with a weight issue NOW) I was reading an article on food additives and saw that alot of red colors in foods are actually ground up female beatles and the white in some icings is a chemical used in HOUSE PAINT!!!!:tantrum: I am appauled and determined to get my family on a whole food diet but I think I may need some help convincing my husband. Is there a website out there that lists the chemicals and additives used in alot of foods? Once he reads something like that I think he will be ready to totally go the organic and naturaul route.... he's such a die hard junk food kinda guy....lol. I just know there must be a website out there developed by whole food activists and I need their help....:D
