Yesterday went well, and I stayed 99% on plan (I added a strawberry and some corn with dinner ). As for today:
  • 3-egg omelette w/salsa and reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • reduced-sugar instant oatmeal
  • couple handfuls of mixed nuts (I couldn't find any unsalted that were mixed instead of just one kind of nut, so I go "lightly salted")
  • baked ham w/crushed pineapple and mashed cauliflower
Already finished 1 liter of water, so I'll be starting in on my second one soon...

It actually comes out of a box, my bad, lol. Its a blue box and made by Bassili's Best. Tastey stuff... but talk about processed food, lol.
